I need to use the rest of the chicken from yesterday. It'll either be chicken pot pie or enchiladas...still trying to decide now.

Milk Pork (took a "mystery package" out of the freezer--it's a pork loin roast. Don't have the stuff for Joanne's Granny's Porchetta).

Something soft....dental issues here. Baked or boiled sweet or regular potato. A soft veg....leftover green beans or sauteed mushrooms...or both! Vanilla yogurt later.

I'm making "Impossibly Easy Bacon and Mushroom Pie" tonite. The recipe was posted #46 here...I have a freezer full of bacon

I'll also roast some asparagus (evoo, garlic powder, salt, sesame seeds)
