T'was good. Note to self: roasted jalapeno would add a depth of flavour. Maybe add a dash of liquid smoke and some chilpolte (sp) chili powder.

i taught a friend how to make chicken piccata a while back, so she made it for me tonight to see what i thought of it. 'twas very good, served with a side of perfectly cooked basmati rice.

Tonight was spiced chicken breasts with an apple cider/white wine sauce, basmati rice, and steamed asparagus.
