Me, too. I never had kidney stones, but have heard they are quite painfull. I hope you feel better soon Barbara.

I decided to heat up some rigs from the other night, too. And the roasted garlic on the buns.... I loaded it up and can still taste it. There's three small bulbs squeezed onto those buns No other "condiment" was needed. Whoever came up with roasting garlic should have won the nobel or something

Tonight we had tostadas for dinner. I having been trying to eat healthier, so I made the meat using ground turkey. The other additions to the tostadas were: refried beans, guacamole, sour cream, cheddar cheese, taco sauce, tomatoes, onions, etc.

Penne with lots of spices and sauted fresh tomatoes in EVOO. Served with Parmigiano Reggiano. Steamed broccoli on the side.
