We had Turkey meatballs, with peppers, onions and pineapple served over fluffy white rice. Cauliflower and 9 grain buns on the side.

Homemade fresh fettucini with a gruyere cheese, toasted walnut sauce, parm sprinkled on top, and an arugula salad with a few mixed butter lettuces thrown in. I always forget how easy and quick it is to make fresh pasta, not to mention how much better it tastes.
