Ham and boxed potatoes of some sort... Corn on the cob with it..

Homemade Wonton Soup was lunch and will probably be dinner also with a side salad.

Homemade wontons, BBQ red pork, chicken stock I made the other day, scallions, bok choy leaves, black sesame oil, hot chile sesame oil and soy sauce

Nice one. Do you do anything with the pork belly before you add it to the stir fry? Or, is it fresh/raw?

It was fresh, diced it up, put into a cold pan. Turned heat to medium and let it heat up and render a bit of fat.

I had homemade beef stock in the freezer and a big bag of onions, so I made up a batch of French Onion soup last night. We'll have it tonight, along with a salad.

Soup came out good. One thing about onion soup, you can still taste it hours, if not days, later.

Dinner tonight

Wife and I had a late lunch, so not hungry and no dinner. Am sticking to small diet
