K, how did that bird NOT touch the top of the oven? That's HUGE! I don't think I've ever seen a chicken in the market that big before...where did you get that monster? How many meals do ya reckon you'll get?
That's one big oven "we" have kgirl. As you notice, it's not even on the bottom oven rack. The SC got it at our local Vons..a Foster Farms chicken. We only made a first night dent in it, so who knows how much mileage it will get.
I tell you, that "Convection Roast" oven setting is great! For that 6 pounder it took 75 minutes at 425 degrees. Perfect!
