Top Chef starts tonight, so we're not getting fancy.

Leftover pea soup and freshly made Pizza will be easy and tasty. (It's COLD here!)

I came to this thread looking for inspiration. I have no idea what to cook tonight. I may order out.

Venison roast (which spent yesterday in the slow cooker for 8 hours) with a mushroom, brandy sauce, brown rice and lentils cooked in the venison stock from yesterday and spinach, onion and sweet peppers in a yoghurt sauce. Thought DH deserved a home cooked meal this week :-)

Mushroom Stroganoff with homemade meatballs over egg noodles.
Probably classic green beans with bacon and onions for the side.

Nothing fancy tonight. I just threw in some diced chicken into cheezy rice-a-roni and served it along with a cesar salad, corn on the cob, and green beans.
