I agree that it's important to make something that has been sucessful in the past. I'd probably make breaded chicken cutlets with a cream sauce that has lemon zest, lemon juice, pancetta, onions and cream. I'd have either polenta or noodles as a side dish along with steamed green beans. For a salad, I'd probably go with a simple sliced tomato and sliced fresh mozzerella with basil leaves and balsamic vinegar and olive oil.

I love pies like lemon or blueberry maybe with ice cream.

It appears I'm not as weird as I thought. I am often not hungry at all after preparing a 'big' meal. I still eat, of course...
