Flying Fish?

I am going to be going to Barbados this June. I have read that fried flying fish is one of the most popular dishes. I was wondering if anyone has had this before and what they thought of it. I would be interested to know before ordering it.

Flying fish is wonderful; it's a small fish and they serve it in every restaurant on the island. You will love it.

May your kilt be short enough to do a jig, but long enough to cover your Lucky Charms.
