Friday 3/23 ... anyone cooking?

We went to a little Italian restaurant for my belated birthday dinner. Lasagna was great. Even better, we got to hear the local opera group (I had no idea we had a local opera group!) perform from their table! It was wonderful!

I would love your Manhattan Clam Chowder recipe ...

I have seen only Cream Clam Style --- and I had asked in my post, however, nobody paid me any attention !

Lasagne ... Always one of my favorites too ... I make it every month or so ... as the Vet truly enjoys it ... and my two daughters Nathalia and Naia ... ( grown and married ! with children of their own ) ... I just was married very very young ... and did things, a bit backwards ...
