Wonderful dinner pics this evening, and great sounding dinners all around!

I nibbled on leftovers all day and into the late afternoon. Fruit, deli meats, cheese, crackers, olives, pickles. Trying to clear the fridge as much as I can before Christmas.

I made baked mac and cheese, perfect crusty top. Sliced cuke and cherry toms and choc chip cookies.

WOW great looking and sounding dinners tonight.

I did my delayed plans from last night and it turned out great. This is basically the recipe I followed but I served it all on a bed of cheese Polenta and it really took it over the top. Yumm..

Impressive presentation! It looks very tasty, I’ll be right over with a bottle of white!
