ended up with a tin of smoked oysters and ritz crackers. the only thing that appealed to me tonight. had a bowl of strawberry peach cobbler

Ground pork pattie, fresh green beans and a veggie salad I just threw together. I sliced half a cucumber(unpeeled), sliced radishes, chopped red bell pepper, sliced onion and shredded carrots. I made a "dressing" with 2 oz. canola oil, 2 oz. red wine vinegar, salt, pepper, dill weed and a tablespoon of sugar. It was pretty tasty!

Chicken noodle soup with lots of onions, garlic, celery and carrots.

Good stuff! I always used a toothpick to place the oysters on the Ritz.

I love those little smoked oysters and on a perfect cracker no less.
