Well anyway, I wanted fish! So I seasoned a trout with cajun spice after butterflying it.
Then got the coals hot. Smothered it in hay and grilled it till done. Finished it with orange sauce.

The finished trout looks so good! What is the purpose of the hay? Just wondering...
I need to get one of those fish baskets.

The hay gives the fish a light smokey flavor!
