Tonight is a hot dog night. Usually when the weekend hits it do away with the home cooked meals and here comes the fast food which isnt healthy but gotta eat so do what you gotta do.

I'm glad your pork turned out so well, Zhizara!

I have to admit that I cheat with my pork Char Siu.There is a wonderful marinade in an envelope that I find at the local Asian market. It's called "NOH of Hawaii, Chinese barbecue Char Siu seasoning mix". I don't use the water it calls for, but rub it into the tenderloins and pop them into a zip lock bag in the fridge overnight. The flavor and red color is just perfect. I hope you can find it there.
