Yeah! And who knew that it was/is also the name of a Canadian country band too? I sure didn't.

We raised our own lamb for food and I can tell you that those little 'oysters' were delicious.
Well, actually I did know about the band. :LOL:
 
Well, it was even too cold here for me to cook the Tri Tip on the grill, so I roasted it in the oven. Yeah, I can hear all of you thinking I'm a weenie with temps in the 50's here today.:ermm: Burrrr.... Well shoot, I posted this on the wrong day. LOL

No, we're not just thinking it. Oh lordy, Kayelle, with temps in the 50's, we'd all be out in our shorts and tank tops, grilling like mad, ya lucky weenie!
 
Sure, just rub it in Kayelle.: rolleyes: I don't dare complain about our 32ºF. temperature. Compared to SimonBaker's temps, we are warm. :angel:
