We have friends coming to lunch tomorrow one of whom has celiac's disease so has to have wheat and gluten free food.
We are having fresh vegs soup, nothing but stock and vegs.
Fresh salmon baked in buttered foil with dill.
Cauliflower and broccoli ( and I cheated and bought some mushroom and white wine gluten free sauce!) and new potatoes.

Fresh fruit for desert.

I cheated and bought wheat and gluten free bread rolls to go with the soup.

I was amazed to see what a variety of gluten and wheat free food they had in the dietary section at Tescos. Nothing boring at all.:)
