[Cooking Goddess]

When I tried to put gel freezer packs in Loverly's refrigerator, I found the black-eyed peas I had par-cooked and froze at Christmastime! They looked fine, so they went into my Mom's old stock pot with bacon, ham chunks, and mustard greens. I guess we didn't get enough southern cooking when we were down south!

We had pork chops, mashed potatoes & gravy, and mixed vegetables for both lunch and supper last night.

Went to the farmers market and got some beautiful grouper. Orzo with sautéed spinach and some scallops.
