Hamburger Steak Recipe

DH asked if I could cook him some Hamburger Steaks, and I've been looking for some recipes but I have no clue which one to choose. Does anyone have a recipe that they wouldn't mind sharing?

Philly Cheese Hamburger Steak.

Cover cooked hamburger steak with fried onions and green peppers, top with grated cheddar and melt under broiler....

I found this one ..
Salisbury Steak
Let me say that neither of these recipes is exactly like ours. We generally don't do a whole lot of measurin' when it comes to these dishes. They are difficult to mess up and flexible enough to allow for personal touches.
We like to cook these over the fire pit in a dutch oven at Rendezvous. Never have any left...

I don't think we've ever left a recipe alone. Roy Clark once said that you can never do anything exactly the same, only similar!
