Has anyone taken a cooking class?

I've taken a couple of one day course at the CIA (Culinary Institute of America) in Hyde Park, NY:

Soups
Thanksgiving Side Dishes
Seasonal Pies
Artisan Breads (twice)

They were all FANTASTIC!!! I learned so much, I decided to take their Boot Camp (going next week). If you have the time and the money, I definitely recommend them.
