robo, i remember the first time that i'd ordered veal milanese in a fancy restaurant. i was so disappointed at first when all i got was a simple veal cutlet,:(. lol.

it is a beautiful thing, tho, in it's simplicity. the way you've described sounds so good.

so now, when my wife makes shake-n-bake pork chops, i say we're having braciole di mailae alla milanese. it sounds fancier. :chef:
