FOUR seconds ??We went to Outback and my steak was overcooked... again.
I love when you say "4 seconds a side" and the wait staff says "so you want it rare?"
No.. Rare is a particular time on the grill... I want it 4 *bleeepin* seconds a side.
My Word !!
It can't possibly be even warmed thru at that speed................
Might as well call it RAW (not that there's anything WRONG with that....) !
We gave up on Outback years ago, when the quality went south and the portions wasted away...........
We are close to giving up on Texas Roadhouse as well; the food is excellent, but the place is way too hectic, and even with the call-ahead feature, you're still gonna wait 20-30 minutes for a table; and they are always asking about dessert when you're still eating the dinner........ the old in-and-out, restaurant style !
