I must say (and I'm sure it's due to the lousy, cold, gey weather over here, but...) I woke up with a hankering for stroganoff.

My problemed craving is called Wong Jo Chicken. Its a problem for a few reasons. First, it is a chinese dish made exclusively at a restaurant in Mesa, Arizona called Wong's Place. Second, I live in Colorado!!

Sadly, I crave it often but only get if on the rare occasion that my wife and I go down to Arizona to visit her family. I ate it 3 times in 2 days last time we went down there. That's been a while though.

I guess some fresh oatmeal cookies to eat while I'm drinking my
morning tea would be very nice.

If only I could get hubby to whip up a batch.
He makes the best cookies!!
