You could stir fy the vegetables and use the sweet and sour sauce to flavour them. Make the ground pork into little meatballs you could serve by themselves or toss with the vegetables.
 
Yeah, but then the OP would have "Sweet & Sour Chicken Wings" AND "Sweet and Sour Vegetables". Asian cooking (& most cooking, actually) is all about contrast.

I'd take your veggies & ground pork & do a savory stirfry to contrast with your "Sweet and Sour Wings". Use soy, chili paste or whatever chili pepper product you have on hand, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce - whatever you like & have on hand that will make the stir-fried pork/vegetable dish savory/spicy to differentiate it from the wings.
