I was going to have leftover stew that I had made last night, but have decided on grilled wings instead, with some of the sauce I did those ribs with last weekend, sweet with a slow afterburn. Maybe with potato wedges..... my potatoes have been staring me down the past few days.... they're making me nervous

DH has a 10 lb. turkey smoking in the Weber and got a container of already cooked homegrown green beans and potatoes out of the freezer, so that's our supper!

It's my son's 21st birthday so we're doing whatever he wants. He'll already be downtown so I'll meet him about 8:00 or so. Something tells me there may be some form of an adult beverage involved but he's not driving...good boy!!!!

I'd love a cup of that right now! Today was my 35th anniversary with the company, so they took me out for lunch. Supper was another glass of wine.

Are you on a HIGH CARB diet?

With all of this Taco talk. I am going to make some tonight. Maybe some Lime Cilantro Rice to go with.
