In judging class they will go over the criteria/rules. You get to judge all 4 categories. They will present entries pretty much like you will see in a contest. Teach you what is legal and illegal to have in the box. Judging is on presentation, taste and tenderness.

There will be discussions on what, why the entries were scored the way they were.
