Having a mixed green salad with grilled and cold salmon that I brushed with lemon,orange juice,minced shallots, evoo,some ponzu and a little brown sugar..Along with that some warm buttered french bread and mango iced tea
no dessert to tired...was up til 4 painting a little girls apron with tinkerbell and flowers..

i wasn't sure if my little guy was gonna eat a stir fry, so while i prepared the stuff for the wok, i raced in and out of the kitchen and grilled some chicken legs, glazed with kraft bbq sauce..

in my stir fry was: whole wheat flour dusted chicken breasts, baby bok choy, carrots, green peppers, celery, scallions, white mushrooms, ginger, garlic, chicken stock, lite soy sauce, and butter.

interestingly, a few of the baby bok choy had sprouted, the sprouts of which resembled broccoli rabe both in appearance and flavor.
 
Sliced turkey breast, imported swiss, mayo and mustard on pumpernickel bread, and a green salad.
