I'm marinating boneless, skinless chicken thighs in Italian dressing with red-wine vinegar. I'll grill them with garden-fresh summer squash, garlic and roasted red peppers. Small green salad on the side.

Went out for dinner at a local Italian bistro called Brio. The appetisers were great. The main courses were pathetic. Topped with faux parmesan added to the disappointment.
