Actually it is a good assumption, and I tell you why. Because you went on trying to explain to me what it was. And that was my goal, well, and the original question too. I wanted to know the details and the recipes. Anybody else?

You are what you eat.

I did? sorry about that.

thymeless brought me some education, there is apparently a "cooking" definition to "supreme" - not a lot of agreement on what that exactly is - but heck . . .

so, for as how good the assumption is, I leave you to your own devices to check out the following "supremes" - chicken or not:

Supreme Pizza
Goulash Supreme
Supreme Sauce
supreme strawberry topping
Bibingka Supreme
Shortbread Supreme
Supreme Rice Cereal Bars
Gumbo Supreme
Grilled supreme John Dory
Supreme Oatmeal
cabbage supreme
Supreme Pecan Pie
Alfredo Sauce Supreme

and that's just the first two pages of a web search.

Welcome to English!
