Leftover Coconut Milk

I'm making a dish ( a real homemade concoction) that I use cocnut milk in. I always end up with at least half a can leftover. So, my questions are, can it be frozen? What do you folks use it in? Thx!

I would use it in curries. I've never frozen it so can't comment on that.

I have frozen it before and it has worked for me.

I'm trying to think of something other than curries, as that's the concoction I'm making. Thx, miniman! The house is smelling great.
