i'm curious: how is it that your profile says that you live in montana, but regularly produce pics of perfectly made seafood in so many ways?

They fly it into Bozeman fresh and I buy it at a sushi fish market.
 
are you able to buy retail, or do you do it professionally? (no jokes from the gallery, please)

lol, i guess it's ignorant of me not to realize how well shipping works nowadays, and since "sushi" fish as well as other fish is iqf and often deep frozen, it's makes for a wonderful thing that ships well.

you do a beautiful job with your food and pics.
