Question Maple Leaf cooked roast

Good morning,
We are on holidays in Victoria(far from home) and staying in a condo; I'm looking for meals that are easy to prepare since I don't have all the spices etc that I have at home.
Has anyone ever tried Maple Leaf Fully Cooked Roasts. they have this
Health Check™ from the Heart and Stroke Foundation.I was curious about it. Love this site and I am sure I will get ideas to help with my cooking for the next 2 weeks.

Those kind of products are usually pretty good. Just make sure you don't overheat it though.
