Smoky roast chicken with mashed potatoes and steamed asparagus.

i thought i had thawed out burger for a cheese burger. turned out it was steak for chicken frying. so did just that, had on a toasted whole wheat bun. and that was it. still tired from the house guest from hell. she called me at least ten times today. now i know why i haven't seen her in fifteen years. she was a flake then and has only gotten worse. maybe i will post in the venting thread.

This was our dinner(s). When I was finally done with everything, I was too pooped to post the pictures.

Chicken with vegetables in gravy over egg noodles.

Twice-baked Portabella mushrooms. I took the leftover chicken-vegie-gravy and added some breadcrumbs to thicken it up and topped the mushrooms with that. They were baked at 400 for around 25 min with one cheese. I then topped them with mozz cheese and they went back in for 10 more min. They were good!

Probably the sanest thing to do...

Sanity? Now THAT is a figment of your imagination! :ROFLMAO:

In case anyone is still interested in what I had for dinner last night, I was running late on my errands so brought home two mega slices of Costco Hawaiian pizza for Dad and I. Then we each only ate a half of one so the rest is our lunch today. Pretty good for $5.00!
