Looks good, medtran.

Another good sale on sea scallops @ $9.99/Lb. So dinner tonight will be pan seared sea scallops and steamed green beans.

Andy, I've been craving scallops again too, but they didn't look very good today. Guess I'll check back again on Sunday when they get a new shipment in.

I had a large avocado that needs used today, so I mashed it up with a little lime juice and will spread it on some toast for dinner. Cherry tomatoes and cucumber from the local farm stand for sides.
 
Nice meals, everybody! I'm not sure what to call mine..I made a Moroccan style rice with zucchini and some random pieces of fish that were accumulating in the freezer..there is cod, sole and a few shrimp, there..had some buttered naan with it

Everything looks good.

I had rotini with meat sauce.

That sounds like what I would have made an omelet out of and instead of cheese, would have made some Hollandaise to go over.

But, yours sounds great!
 
Scallops were on my short list, but Andy already snagged that. ;)

I started the evening with some caprese salad. The tomatoes were okay, the moz was great and I picked the basil from my garden minutes before eating.

Next up, I decided on a half repeat of last night's dinner. I put some more of that Woody's Smokehouse sausage on skewers with red onion.

We had mixed greens garden salads with generous potions of Feta. Had a tub of it taking up valuable real estate space in the fridge and wanted to move it along. We also had shrimp po-boys on brioche rolls. Himself made a second sandwich for himself. If I want to be sure to get the last couple of shrimp that are left, I might have to hide them in the veggie bin. :LOL:

Great looking dinners last night!

We had pan fried Costco loin lamb chops seasoned with HdP/garlic/salt and steamed broccoli along with the leftover Summer Squash Casserole with fresh buttered Panko crumbs toasted on top.
