Meatloaf, how I love thee, let me count the ways...

Just a note to say that the tamale meatloaf I made yesterday came out great. I fried up a couple of slices for lunch, the rest will either be dinner or frozen.

The basic recipe came from the Tamale Pie recipe that used to be on the back of the bag of cornbread from the Cornbread Stove Top mix.
