Wow TGirl! Your food looks great! I cooked about the same menu as you did only that my mom made the chicken in mole sauce and the Mexican rice. I made some enchiladas, charro beans and some black bean/corn/mango salad. Everything was very delicious and got compliments from our party guests. Hope your weekend was great!

Great cooking everyone! I'm glad to hear about your turnouts on the Mexican feasts. So who's ready to start us off with the next menu, and when? Kadesma, TxGirl, Mudbug, Corazon?

Corazon mentioned Greek. She is going to start a thread. Don't really know about Greek, but, I'll just look it up on the sites she gave me.

What spices do I need for Greek food dear? I have never prepared lamb before much less Greek food but I'm all for it and ready to give it a shot.
