I think I'm going to just have some pita crackers, cheese, and dry salami. ....and some wine. ....all from TJ's.

Well, the reason why i do use avocado is because im using the natural buttery creamy flavor from it. Which is a very good replacement / enhancement from the regular carbonara

To make the sauce , take some milk , avocado , parmesan cheese , salt , paper and blitz it through the food processor until the sauce is smooth
