Thanks--I scored some inexpensive cauliflower, nice looking, tasty cauliflower (I didn't know it was so tender until I got home) when I went to NY yesterday...roasting it and sprinkling it with curry powder during that process, as well as when the flavors were "marrying" in the pot made a very nice soup. I don't make cauliflower soup very often, but this variation is definitely on my "do again" list.

A veggie medley, with some chopped into rice to give it a different flavor for a change....

Rice pudding from the dairy section of the market. It was pretty good. Tonight I may try the coconut flan.

quick fast dinner tonight, been sewing most of the day. a thai chicken frozen dinner. not very fancy but tasty.
