I made sweet and sour chicken with jasmine rice and sesame green beans.

3 oz rib eye (got me a food scale at Walmart yesterday because I am tending to overdo on my protein and using approximate measurements isn't helping my blood sugar, or my weight), a sliced English cucumber, a serving of pita chips, and 1.5 cups of watermelon cubes.
 
We had chicken breast slices with breaded with mixed herb and grated Parmesan breadcrumbs, which I make at home, and a tomato and basil salad. Grapes, parmesan shavings, and Altamura bread. Delicious local white wine chilled.
