I haven't had spares in a while and I've got to say, I prefer baby backs, or loin backs. Kinda like some folks (me) prefer smaller chicken wings.

Day in and day out I like the Spares...I do cook the loin backs at times however...I really like to charcoal grill them...Takes about an hour and they are good. ~~ I like smaller chicken wings too...Here they are hard to find...The ones I bought for the 4th were just too big...but the price was right for here......99 a pound.

Chicken wings have gotten huge lately, UB. At .99/lb though... that's a very good price.
