What are you having for dinner tonight?...
Tonight we'll be having Chicken Casserole with potatoes, corn and maybe some baked beans!

I'm having a pork steak with zucchini.
I haven't figured out how I'll make the zucchini.
sliced with onions and fried in butter
diced and simmered in stewed tomatoes
stuffed with sausage stuffing (from a casserole) and baked/roasted
Hmmm......

I might go out and see if the town store has any frozen wings. That recipe I dug up for CWS(?) has me hankerin' for some wings.

We're going to revisit the white beans and ham that I made on Saturday. Made a vat full. More cornbread, along with a tossed salad so we can enjoy some of our last tomatoes from the garden. Iced tea. A personal apple pie each for dessert.

Cleaning out the fridge tonight. A consortium of whatever is leftover that's still edible.
