I do not know if these were "lucky subs" but the Buckeyes won! What a game. beth, it will be worth the trip to the store to make these. So good! Here is a photo to prove it:

Still trying to make space in the freezer. Left overs, Chicken and Ham pancakes.

Did it with some shop bought Fajita Beans, Corn and Mange Tout.

Wyshie, your dinner looks fabulous. Had to look up mange tout, and saw that it's another name for our snow peas! Should have known, since there is a pic there - but didn't know if it was an ingredient in your pancakes. I learn something new here every day!

Also learned that mange tout is a British rock group.

Grandchildren fill the space in your heart you never knew was empty.
