Wow Somebun! That looks delicious. I was just thinking yesterday that I haven't had any salmon in a while, too.

Here was my dinner last night.

We had some friends meet us last night at our boat so we headed around the corner to a little country store with a deli counter and got some sandwiches. They are overOVERstuffed but very nice.

Then we headed out for a moonlight sail. Lovely evening.
