Grilled Duck Salad

Cajun Popcorn--crawfish tail meat tossed in Cajun spiced batter. Deep fried and served with a Creole mustard sauce

Southern Fried Alligator

Blackened Ostrich Steak
served with crawfish jambalaya…

Chicory coffe with dessert of the day
