I haven't read this since my first run through yesterday GB, but did anyone suggest pita pockets, caesar salad and some grilled teriyaki chicken? A true hot weather treat. Easy, yummy and QUICK!

Marmalady did suggest Caesar salad.

I went with a variation of Licias tortilla idea. It was a quick healthy tasty meal with enough left over to have again tonight.

We like to do licia's version as well, but we add sunflower seeds. avocado, mushrooms, tomato, grated cheese, anything we have around. This is a standard meal in our house.

Glad you enjoyed my tortilla wrap, GB!! Addition of avocado is a great idea!! I shall adopt it the next time!!

Simo's rosemary&lemon chicken sounds really good, too, I can never have enough recipe for chicken breasts!!
