Nelumbo mucifera -the beautiful flower

every time when i come to a place with many Nelumbo mucifera i have a special feelling--they are so beautiful.
some time some foreign friends call them Hindu Lotus .

this is a popular kind of flower in south china and the seed of the flower can be eat.some of the dishes is delicious.
l like the sight of many many Nelumbo muciferas
