Oh my goodness I know i can cook but....

I have been asked to run our local pubs kitchen for a weekend Good Samaritan Ramsbottom:: OS grid SD7916 :: Geograph British Isles - photograph every grid square!

I'm going to shadow the cook for a day to see how difficult it is before I finally commit! I am quite honoured to be asked, but really nervous about it!

Today the Good Samaritan, tomorrow the world????

Congratulatons!! Good Luck. I don't think I could do that. I'm not that great with large groups.

Wow, kyles. I'd be flattered. Who knows what door this may open for you. Best wishes. I'm sure you'll do a great job.

That sounds like it will be a great experience! Please report back on the experience.
