Here are the dumplings cooked.

The dumplings cut in half to reveal the stuffing.

The plate with sauerbraten over the dumplings and red cabbage side dish.

Very tasty!

We made extra dumplings to pan fry in the morning, with eggs.

If you're gonna make a Key Lime pie, you have to use real Key Limes!

Tuscan chicken with sun dried tomatoes and mushrooms, sauteed green beans, and a glass of homemade pinot noir.

I even made dessert today: low carb maple walnut ice cream.

We finished up the chicken soup from earlier in the week. I also made spinach salads with a warm bacon-tomato vinaigrette dressing.

I made a simple dish which I enjoy eating. Beef mince - sauteed with red chilli, then made into a thick gravy (with good beef stock and flour). Eaten with steamed new potatoes and kale.
