Saturday dinner, 12-15-2018

DH bought a small pork loin roast last week, so last night I cut half of it into four chops and pan-fried them after sprinkling them with Penzeys Ozark Seasoning. I also fried some Fuji apples in butter and a few shakes of Penzeys Pie Spice and stuffing from a box with added sautéed onions and celery. Sprinkled it with a little parsley from the garden for color. Pretty tasty for a simple dinner.
