We had a golf tournament dinner....pulled bbq pork, bbq chicken, ribs, fruit salad, potato salad, baked beans, coleslaw, fruit salad & yummy triple chocolate cake for dessert.

Oh gosh, I got really lazy today. A friend stopped by around 6; we all had iced coffee. Next time we looked at the clock it was 7:30 and I had been sitting there chatting away, not thinking about dinner. We all just took off for our favorite taco place and had a swell dinner there. No dishes. No leftovers. And we even ordered a special big "burro con asada" for the dogs and brought it home to them. They loved it.

Tired from getting DH up yesterday at 2AM to start the pork butt for the pulled pork for the 4th festivities. So we just had grilled salmon and sauteed red bean and spinach.
