All the pasty and meat pie talk on the DC forum made me hungry. So tonight I made Cornish Pasties.

I'm a little late to this thread. Met a friend for a quick buffet lunch. Not really fond of buffets, but there was a dish that interested me... it was a calzone pie. The calzone was sliced very thinly, with a double crust, that included mozzarella and other cheeses, with slices of pepperoni. I would like to duplicate the dish at home (w/o the pepperoni).
